The $500 marquee hire includes full setup and pack down. Side walls can also be fitted if you want them included in the setup.
Marquees, flooring, beverage stands and curtain backdrops include setup and pack down. Trestle tables and festoon lighting are DIY hire items.
The catalogue prices are flat hire prices rather than daily rates. Add your event dates so we can confirm availability and the agreed hire period before booking.
Flooring is priced at $10 per square metre, with setup and pack down included. If you only know the approximate area, add your best estimate and we can confirm the final floor area before booking.
Yes. Add each item and quantity to your event list, enter your event dates, then send everything through as one quote request. That gives us the event details in one place and keeps the process straightforward.
The hire range focuses on practical event equipment and infrastructure. Decorative styling is not included, so any styling requirements can be organised separately.
One curtain backdrop is available for hire at any time, so availability depends on existing bookings for your event dates.
Yes. Events Hirage Brisbane’s hire terms and conditions apply to all confirmed bookings and are provided as part of the hire process.
Yes. The service area includes Brisbane, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Somerset Region, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast locations. Send the event location with your enquiry and we’ll confirm whether we can service it.
